How To Get Started

#1 We set up a time to talk.

Whether you would like to be a consistent exerciser, eat better, or have another health-related habit in mind, the first step is to decide what you would like to improve. This allows us to have a clearly defined objective and let’s us focus on what’s important to you.

If you aren’t sure – don’t worry – I’ll help you figure it out.

#2 We meet in person.

The Client-coach relationship is very important. This will be an opportunity you to meet the coach that will be helping you every step of the way.

Will will learn about your unique story. Your health and fitness history, your goals, and what’s important to you.

We will explain the details of our program, our fee schedule and answer all of your questions.

We will go over scheduling options that work around your schedule.

#3 We get started!

Your coach will come your house 1, 2, or 3 a times depending on your schedule, budget, and eagerness to achieve your goals. Together we take control of your healthy by breaking unhealthy habits and establishing new healthy ones.

We stay in touch through out the week so we can high-five you when you get a win and support you when you have a challenge with accountability and coaching.

How long are the sessions?
Our sessions are 60 minutes long.

HOW MANY DAYS A WEEK DO I SEE MY COACH?
We see our clients 1, 2 or 3 days per week, depending on their availability and budget. However, our program is fully supportive and we are in touch with our clients on a daily basis.

WHAT ABOUT EQUIPMENT?
Our trainers each have a set of portable, innovative fitness equipment that we bring to every session. Click here to watch a 60 video of the equipment.

IS THERE ANY EXTRA CHARGE FOR MY FAMILY AND/OR FRIENDS JOIN IN OUR SESSIONS?
Absolutely! Your family or friends are welcome to join in our sessions at no extra charge.

DO YOU WORK WITH BEGINNERS?
Absolutely, we love working with beginners. Actually, the majority of our clients are people who are not currently exercising – for some of them it’s been decades. Many of our clients are people who have never exercised in their life.
