The program includes in home or office fitness training, nutrition consultations, and our proven motivational support system and coaching.

What makes you different from a typical personal trainer?
First of all this is not a gym. This is a small personal local company and I am much more than just a personal trainer. I am a motivational health & fitness coach. I do much more than just work you out. I teach my client everything they need to know to implement a healthy lifestyle. I understand what it is like to struggle with weight issues, I lost over 55lbs. I know what works and what doesn’t work. I take my work extremely seriously and am 100% dedicated to my clients success and pride myself in delivering world class customer service.
What are your qualifications?
I have a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education. I also hold a wide variety of certifications including: Personal Training, Group Training, Aerobics Instructor, Step Aerobics Instructor, Kick Boxing Instructor, Aqua Fitness Instructor, and a Certified Sports Nutritionist. I am constantly improving, always studying the latest innovate, effective exercises, techniques and equipment in order to provide the best level of service possible to all my clients.

We are committed to providing you with the latest innovative portable exercise equipment available. I am constantly updating our inventory. Some of the equipment I provide is: Resistance bands, agility ladders, cardio boxing gloves and mitts, kettle bells, TRX Suspension Trainer, weighted balls, stability balls, Balance Board, Bosu Balls, and much more.
What is JustinFit Aqua Fitness?

I don’t blame you to be cautious there are a lot of crazy people out there. I have a long list of references that will be happy to speak with you and answer any questions. Yes! I encourage families to exercise together it’s a great way to spend quality time as a family.
